Bubbly Cocktails

These simple recipes will be a sure fire hit at your next get together, not only are they bubbly and refreshing they’re beautiful to look at too!

French75

  • 2 oz Champagne
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Gin (Hendricks preferable)
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Fill a cocktail shaker full of ice and combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and pour into a champagne flute, top with champagne and garnish with lemon peel and edible flower.

One of my all-time favorite champagne drinks, light and refreshing keeping you coming back for more!

Raspberry Champagne Float

  • 1 Scoop Raspberry Sorbet
  • Rosé Champagne
  • Fresh Raspberries for garnish

Add a scoop of raspberry sorbet to a wine glass and top with your favorite rosé champagne! I used the Chandon Limited Edition Cuvée Rosé, this is amazing on its own but it’s creamy texture lends well to the sorbet float! This is a fruity adult update to your classic root beer float, but is so much better, trust us 😉 Another great take on this is to make a creamsicle float using orange sorbet and a sparkling Moscato, I’m drooling now you guys.

Aperol Spritz

  • 2oz Aperol
  • Prosecco (of your choice)
  • Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • 1 Orange Slice for Garnish

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add 2oz of Aperol, top with Prosecco and sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh orange slice. Aperol can be bitter so add more or less based on your preference. I used Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco Superiore and it was the most authentic version I’ve ever made at home! Sip on one of these to instantly transport you to summertime in Italy!

Sparkling Orchid

  • Sparkling White Wine (We like New Age Vino Blanco)
  • Lime Wedge
  • Orchid

Squeeze lime wedge into your choice of sparkling white wine and garnish with an edible orchid flower. This was one of our signature wedding drinks, light refreshing and beautiful! It’s perfect for a hot summer day!

Summer Refresher

  • Cucumber
  • Mint
  • Chandon Sweet Star

Add cucumber and mint to a glass, and top with Chandon Sweet Star. This refresher would be great with any sparkling wine of your choosing, but this combination is especially delicious! During our last trip to Napa we visited Chandon and they turned us on to this cocktail. It’s perfect for sipping at the beach or poolside, or really whenever you’re looking for something crisp and refreshing!
