Burgundy Lover
- 1.5 oz Apothic Red
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Blood Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary Syrup
Rosemary Syrup: bring 1/3 cup of water with one rosemary sprigs to a boil. Add 1/3 cup of sugar, stir, and remove from heat. Let steep for five minutes, strain, and let cool.
Add all ingredients in a shaker, pour over ice. Enjoy!
I’m not sure what I expected with this but was pleasantly surprise by how good this was! It’s like a cross between sangria, and a blood orange margarita. This would be great anytime of year.

Red Wine Hot Chocolate
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips or Chunks
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Red Wine
Simmer milk over medium low heat, stirring consistently. When hot add chocolate chips. After incorporated remove from heat, and stir in vanilla and red wine. Any hot chocolate recipe would work here, just add the wine off the heat, or over low heat to not cook off the alcohol.
I used Dark Horse Merlot for this as it has notes of chocolate in it. When selecting a wine you want to choose something that has fruit, and chocolate notes. As well as something thats not too acidic. Merlot, Cab, and Zin would all work well.
This cocktail is so decadent it’s best served in small cups, and topped with all the goodies!

French Kiss
- 1 oz Chambord (Raspberry Liquor)
- 2 oz Hendricks (or your preferred gin)
- Prosecco
We found this recipe from Prosecco Lovers and it’s super simple and so good! Mix the Hendricks and Chambord in a shaker and add ice, strain into coupe glasses and then top with your choice of Prosecco and garnish with raspberries! We chose to do add chocolate rim to our glasses and it was a great decision. This cocktail is such an easy drink, but be careful because it has a powerful punch 🥊

Chocolate Wine Smoothie
- 2 cups Chocolate Wine (we went local with Thornton wine)
- 12oz Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (or any non dairy milk!)
- Ice
This recipe is adapted from The Cookie Rookie wine smoothie recipe and is soooo good! Add the Chocolate Wine and Almond milk to the blend first, then add the frozen strawberries and top off with ice, blend until smooth! This is decadent and refreshing at the same time and just so so good. Perfect for galentine’s day sipping ❤️
